How does the Kickstart Scheme work at BWi?
Business Women in believe in equal opportunity for all young people. This Kickstart Scheme is a 6 month placement for 16-24 year olds where you will gain the necessary skills to help build your future career. There are workshops to learn the fundamentals of marketing, CV improvement courses and skillset sessions to make you a more employable person.
