Business Bio
Rachel is a practising lawyer and Director of estate planning firm Harding & Co Legal Services, a company she co-founded with her husband, Martin, at the beginning of 2020. The company’s motto is ‘modern estate planning, traditional values’ and this underpins everything Rachel does for her clients, as she helps them achieve peace of mind by putting expertly drawn up wills and Lasting Power of Attorney in place. Rachel’s began her career in law, over 25 years ago, working in litigation in various Reading-based law firms. Rachel is extremely proud of the growth the company has achieved so far, despite the challenges that 2020 has bought, which she says is largely down to referrals from happy clients and a growing network of supportive and like-minded business connections.
Personal Bio
Rachel grew up in Burghfield Common, just outside Reading, and now lives in Thatcham. She is married to Martin and they have four children. Rachel is passionate about passing on her ‘can-do’ attitude to her children and tries to encourage them on a daily basis to follow their dreams and to never be afraid of setting big, bold goals in life! Rachel loves writing, countryside walks and the odd bit of baking!
